My designs are professional, high resolution graphics created in 300ppi resolution that results in a high quality print. These graphics are typically available as JPG (.jpg) and PNG (.png) file formats making them compatible with the majority of photo editing programs. Heart2Heart Designs offers a wide variety of templates. Each template kit includes a layered PSD (.psd) file — designed specifically for Adobe Photoshop Elements and Adobe Photoshop — and a layered TIFF (.tif) file that may work in other software programs.
The purchase of our products conveys the right to use this product for Personal and Commercial Use (CU) as defined in our TOU Policy. We retain and reserve the right to modify, update and change this policy at anytime. It is the consumer’s responsibility to check for changes to this information.

Personal Use:
Of course, personal use is allowed! Personal use is permitted by persons who are members of your immediate household. All users must be notified, by you, and agree to the terms and conditions of the TOU. Use of the accompanying product will be construed as agreement to the TOU. We would love to be notified if you have a layout published that uses one or more of our products but it is not a requirement.
Personal use of our product(s), either purchased or downloaded for free, is limited to the following:
You MAY:
Save one copy of the file to a CD, DVD, or external hard drive as a back up for your personal use only. It is illegal to reproduce or distribute copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright owner. Accessing the image(s) or graphic(s) or text in this kit does not give you any rights outside of those limited to this license.
Use the image(s)/graphic(s), in part or in whole, to create items for your personal use.
Post completed projects created with the image(s)/graphic(s) on Internet web sites or submit to magazines (for non-commercial purposes) provided you give proper credit to Susan Hobbs and Heart2Heart Designs including any graphic you have altered in any way. You may alter any graphic with respect to color, size or by adding to or removing from them.
Alter an image/graphic for personal use. Alterations include, but are not limited to resizing, recoloring, adding or subtracting pixels, creating a brush, tube, or pattern.
We would LOVE to be recognized in the product credits of your layout!

Commercial and Professional Use:
Heart2HeartDesigns.com is proud to be 100% commercial use friendly! Each and every product at Heart2Heart Designs is available for commercial and professional use. Commercial and professional use is defined as any project you create to sell directly to an end user as a non-gift item for a fee. Commercial and professional use includes Photography, Digital Designing for Others (DD4O), Scrapping for Hire (SFH, S4H), Scrapping for Others (SFO, S4O) and other Cottage/Small Business Crafts.
Professional projects include, but are not limited to photographs, scrapbook pages, photo albums or books, photo cards, eCards, web graphics, or web site design, screensavers, and Cottage/Small Business Crafts - products created in limited numbers.

Layered Sketch Templates are intended to be an inspirational jump start to your project. The basic design work is already done for you allowing you to get to the fun stuff faster!
TEMPLATES:
Our templates MAY be used to create Quick Pages in PNG (.png) format for sale or download. In other words you create a layout from the Layered Sketch Template with background papers, word art, replace any sample text with a significant quote, alphas, embellishments, etc. and "punch out" the photo area(s) and save in PNG (.png) format for others to use with their photos.
Layered templates MAY NOT be resized, recolored, or have layers deleted or added for sale or download. In other words, you MAY NOT move an element 1/4" or change the color of a shape layer and considered it "changed". These Templates MAY NOT be resold in PSD (.psd) or TIFF (.tif) formats. Period!
Layered Quick Page Templates:
Layered Quick Page Templates MAY be use to create professional projects that contain photos and journaling for resale as a print or flattened JPG (.jpg) format.
Layered Quick Page Templates MAY NOT be resized, recolored, or have layers deleted or added for sale or download and resold as PNG (.png quick pages. In other words, you MAY NOT move an element 1/4" or change the color of a shape layer and considered it "changed.
Ready Made Templates:
Ready Made Templates MAY be used to create professional projects that contain photos and text/journaling for resale as a print or flattened JPG (.jpg) format.
Ready Made Templates MAY NOT be used to create Quick Pages.
Ready made Templates MAY NOT be resized, recolored, or have layers deleted or added for sale or download and resold as PNG (.png) quick pages.
In other words, you MAY NOT move an element 1/4" or change the color of a shape layer and considered it "changed".
It should go without saying but here it comes anyway. This license DOES NOT include the right to share, loan, rent, resell, redistribute, or transfer this file or any of its individual portions.
